Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) specialty positioned in Kansas City, MO. This role involves providing specialized imaging-guided minimally invasive procedures, with a focus on patient care, procedural support, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Experience in Interventional Radiology or related fields such as PCU or ICU. Ability to read and interpret EKGs and telemetry strips. Experience with post-cardiac procedural care including Ablations, Cardiac Catheterizations, Post Op Day 1 Open Heart, and Permanent Pacemaker placements. Competency in administering and titrating IV medications such as insulin, Cardizem, Cardene, and Amiodarone.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with post-cardiac procedures, familiarity with imaging modalities and IV equipment, and effective patient communication skills.
• Additional Information: The unit maintains a family-like environment with both tenured and new staff. The department is fast-paced, utilizing Imobile for communication. Staffing includes two positions, with full-time hours guaranteed starting on 12/14/2026 through 03/15/2027.
