Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,557 per week

Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Cranbury, New Jersey. The role involves working with patients recovering from injuries or illnesses, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities Work with patients to assist in their rehabilitation, aid movement, and support functional improvements as directed by the Physical Therapist. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey State PTA license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative programs, adaptive equipment, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and follow physical therapy care plans. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days (08:30-16:30). Schedule Pattern: 5x8. Start: ASAP. Contract Length: 13 weeks.
