A candidates position within the salary range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and travel requirements./ppOther compensation for strongnon-manager roles/strong may include eligibility for discretionary annual bonus, determined by various factors, such as individual contribution and company performance, in addition to hourly rate or annual salary.
