Position Summary:
We’re seeking passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Certified Personal Trainers to join our coaching team! As an F45 GSQ Coach, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality group workouts, providing exceptional member experiences, and creating an encouraging, team-oriented atmosphere on the training floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and motivate members through high-intensity 45-minute group training sessions

• Provide expert instruction on proper form, modifications, and progressions for all fitness levels

• Ensure the F45 workout experience is delivered consistently and safely

• Build strong relationships with members to encourage accountability and retention

• Create a welcoming, energetic, and fun training environment

• Assist in setting up and resetting the studio before and after class

• Support member onboarding, fitness consultations, and goal check-ins as needed

• Uphold the F45 brand, studio policies, and community standards

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, etc.)

• Current CPR/AED certification

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

• Experience coaching or training in a group fitness or personal training setting preferred

• Passion for functional training and helping others achieve their goals

• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

• Team player mindset with a desire to grow and contribute to the F45 GSQ community
