About the role

Join as a Senior Funding Specialist, helping business owners secure capital while building a profitable book of business. This is an in-office sales role in Secaucus, NJ, with warm inbound leads, daily training, and the tools to succeed.

-Reach out to high intent business owners actively seeking funding.

-Work inbound leads only, NO cold calling.

-Present funding options, handle objections, and close deals.

-Follow up consistently and keep your pipeline organized in Salesforce.

-Build and manage your book through funding & renewals

-Participate in daily training, call reviews, and coaching to sharpen your sales skills.

• -MCA or business funding sales experience with a track record of closing.
• -Strong discovery, negotiation, follow up, and relationship building skills.
• -Someone competitive, coachable, and accountable for results.
• -Ability to commute to our Secaucus office daily.
• -Comfortable with a commission only, 1099 role.

$75k–$250k OTE
