Caregiving with us isnt just a job; its purpose. We service the Dallas, Garland, Plano, Richardson areas. We're hiring Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one memory care support in the home, and we're looking for people who understand that behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, a story worth protecting.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate care for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia
- Assist with daily routines (bathing, dressing, meals)
- Offer calm, reassuring companionship
- Help reduce confusion, anxiety, and agitation
- Support a safe, structured environment at home
- Flexible schedules (part-time, PRN)
- One-on-one care, no facility overwhelm
- A team that supports you the way we support our clients
- Meaningful work rooted in real purpose

What You'll Need
- Caregiving or dementia/memory support experience
- A calm, compassionate approach and solid reliability
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to assist with lifting and transfers
- Reliable transportation
