We're seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support high-end commercial interior projects across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. This is a great opportunity for an estimator who knows NYC interiors, enjoys collaboration, and wants to be part of a stable, growing GC.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial interior projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify accurate quantities and pricing.
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and leadership during preconstruction.
• Assist with value engineering, bid proposals, and pricing clarifications.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• Proven experience estimating commercial interior construction projects in NYC.
• Strong understanding of interior trades, finishes, MEP coordination, and local market pricing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven.
• Confident communicator who works well with both internal teams and subcontractors.
• Comfortable managing multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
