In this role, you will conduct comprehensive functional health assessments encompassing physical, psychological, cultural, and social factors. Using your clinical expertise, you will identify patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate outcomes, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care that supports healing and recovery. Schedule Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks Evenings | 3:00 - 11:30 pm | Every third weekend (Friday-Sunday) | Rotating holidays St. Cloud Hospital | On-site This position will work in both the Adult and Adolescent Mental Health Units as well as the EmPATH Unit Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour Earn extra pay for working evening, night, and weekend shifts. benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!

Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelor's or Master's in nursing preferred. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferred. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided. To be eligible for the hiring and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
