Senior Director OF Clinical Operations

Role
Senior Director leading global clinical vendor outsourcing for late-stage oncology trials, focusing on RAS-targeted therapies in various mutation-specific inhibitors.
Responsibilities
- develop and execute outsourcing strategies
- oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management
- align vendor governance with strategic clinical objectives
- collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, Quality, and Legal teams
- monitor KPIs and mitigate contractual or operational risks
- foster vendor partnerships, lead continuous process improvements, and ensure compliance
Requirements
- BS with 17+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles
- in-depth expertise managing multi-site early and late-phase oncology trials, especially in contract and budget negotiations
- strong organizational, communication, and strategic change management skills
- familiarity with global site budgets, legal/financial systems, and regulatory standards (ICH, GCP)
Preferred
- experience with Ex-US trial operations, advanced MS Office/Smartsheet skills
