Also collects and reviews social media data to develop more effective campaigns. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop social media campaigns that help to achieve company marketing goals
- Develop reports on emerging social media trends
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- Knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
- Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and a good eye for design and the ability to create, source and edit images.
- Knowledge and experience working with Google analytics and Facebook marketing campaigns.
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
