Health Insurance Representative

Health Insurance Representative Location: Columbia, TN Industry: Health Insurance Pay: $19 - $23/hr Job Description: The Sales Representative will manage incoming communications, perform data entry, and assist customers in selecting the right health insurance plans. This position requires a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet performance targets. No cold calls! Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism. Accurately complete data entry tasks. Guide customers through health plan options and assist in making informed decisions. Achieve a minimum of 20 processed policies per week. Maintain productivity and adapt to workflow changes. Qualifications: Health State License in TN preferred- but not required! High School diploma or equivalent. Previous sales or call center experience is required. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Additional Details: Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday, flexible start between 7-8:30AM Training: Includes licensing training and exam (virtual online test) within the first two weeks if not already licensed.
