In this role, you will play a vital part in manufacturing lifesaving medicines while operating advanced bioprocess equipment within a safety-first, cGMP-regulated environment.

responsibilities:

• Safely execute daily biomanufacturing operations, including solution preparation, cell culture/fermentation, filtration, and equipment sterilization following SOPs and batch records.
• Accurately document all manufacturing activities in compliance with good documentation practices and data integrity standards.
• Monitor critical process parameters and automated equipment, proactively escalating and troubleshooting operational abnormalities.
• Maintain cleanroom suite upkeep, process assembly preparation, and enterprise digital records.
• Collaborate effectively in paired-working teams to support continuous improvement in safety and product quality.
• Work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (day or night) following an initial 4-week daytime training bootcamp.

qualifications:
equired:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (open to entry-level science graduates); OR Associate's degree in Biotechnology with cGMP experience; OR High School diploma with 1+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Uncompromising safety and quality mindset with strong punctuality and team collaboration skills.
• Computer literacy and comfort navigating digital operational systems.
• Openness and availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (5:00 AM-5:00 PM or 5:00 PM-5:00 AM), including alternating weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated history of high performance in a regulated biotech or pharma environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
