Non-Invasive Cardiology Opportunity in Lawrence, Kansas

An expanding Heart Center in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative 7-physician team backed by 4 experienced APPs and on-site Electrophysiology support. This position combines high earning potential, strong administrative backing, and a highly predictable lifestyle.

Practice Overview

• The Team: 7 Physicians (5 Non-Invasive, 2 Interventional) backed by 4 experienced APPs and on-site Electrophysiology support.
• Scope: Dynamic split between outpatient care, inpatient/ED consults, and high-volume diagnostics.
• Procedures & Modalities: TTE/TEE/stress echo, stress testing, rhythm/device interrogation (pacemakers/LINQ), PET perfusion stress, and CCTA.

Schedule & Quality of Life

• Clinic Hours: ~36 patient-facing hours/week across 5 days (4.5-day workweek option available).
• Manageable Pace: ~16 patients per 8-hour clinic day (30-minute visit blocks).
• Inpatient Rounding: 7-day blocks every 6 weeks with a light average census (~10 patients).
• Call Coverage: Shared 1:6 rotation, includes a dedicated day off post-weekend call .

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 540,000 guaranteed for 24 months + 40,000 signing bonus.
• Time Off: Exceptional 45 days annual PTO (includes holidays, sick, and CME).
• Perks: 7% retirement match, 6,500 CME allowance, employer-paid health/life/disability, full malpractice with tail coverage, and paid license/DEA fees.

• BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist seeking a full-time, long-term position.
• Comfortable with comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and ED consultative care.
• Skilled in diagnostic interpretations and device interrogation (specialty sub-modalities welcome).
