Good Shepherd Hospice
Good Shepherd Hospice seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to serve patients and families in Ft. Worth and surrounding communities. The RN will perform nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize comfort and health, respond promptly to calls, make visits as needed, and handle after-hours admissions and deaths as required. Preferred candidates have experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics and will work as part of a caring team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Good Shepherd Hospice
