On-Site Coordinator

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Huntley, Illinois. In this vital role, the Onsite Coordinator will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location $22-24/hr, depending on experience, paid weekly. 3:30am - 12:30pm. On-sites will need to be available for overtime and have flexible availability. Located in Huntley, Illinois Responsibilities & Competencies Manage field employees including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations. Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates. Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate. Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills. Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams. As needed, interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers. Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies. Support diversity and comply with EEO standards. Requirements and Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. 1-2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry, preferably as an on-site. Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to stand for long periods and walk the floor 3 - 4x a day.
