Quality and Compliance Specialist

The job Location: Carrollton, TX

The Pay Rate: $25.00 an hour plus shift differential

Shifts Available:

· 2nd shift: 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm- 27.50 an hour

 

Position Summary

The Compliance Technician is responsible for ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures throughout the production floor.

This position supports compliance initiatives, conducts audits, investigates incidents, and drives continuous improvement efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• Conduct audits and verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide coaching and real-time feedback to production teams.
• Investigate safety incidents and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Support quality processes, including sampling, sanitation verification, and issue resolution.
• Analyze compliance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and EHS teams to maintain operational excellence.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Food Science, Safety, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Manufacturing, Quality, Safety (EHS), or Production experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable training employees and working in a production environment.
