Construction Estimators and Preconstruction

Growth Solutions Team

A Baltimore-based heavy construction company is seeking experienced pre-construction estimators of all levels, including leadership, to play a key role in driving the company's continued growth and success.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in structural steel, specialty contracting, commercial construction, or general contracting environments preferred. General contracting in the heavy construction industry experience will be considered.
Strong blueprint reading and construction knowledge.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
For a leadership position, previous experience managing pre-construction is preferred.
