We are now offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for part time stylists with 18+ hours per week!

(current Great Clips employees are not eligible for hiring bonus)

The main goal for our stylists is to build meaningful customer connections. Stylists will help build a sense of comfort, freedom, and connection for our customers, that will keep them coming back for all their hair care needs!

We're currently looking for:

• Part time & full-time stylists & barbers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Reliability
• People who are dedicated to growing their skills & career
• Great customer service skills

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/province regulations
• Dedication to great customer service
• Commitment to follow the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer, every time, in every salon
• Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment
• Skill to listen and understand what the customer wants
• Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
• Skill to use a computer to track customer information
