As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in defining product strategy, identifying customer and business opportunities, and translating insights into innovative experiences. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact products that drive measurable customer and business outcomes. From vision and roadmap development through execution and iteration, you will own end-to-end product success. Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and long-term investment opportunities that deliver meaningful customer and business impact across AI-powered commerce experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Applied Science, Data Science, Design, and Product Marketing teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into innovative product experiences and technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from concept and requirements through launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
• Influence and align stakeholders across organizations, building consensus and driving decisions that accelerate product innovation at scale.
• Use customer insights, usability research, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the product experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, balancing strategic thinking with execution excellence to deliver impactful products used by customers worldwide.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging feedback and market insights to shape product direction and drive long-term success.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience leading cross functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI
• 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
• 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
• Depth in experimentation and measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, learning outcomes, cohort analysis).
