Build & Release Engineer

Providing high-impact technical support for mission-critical CI/CD services, the full-time Build & Release Support Engineer will manage build pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure developer productivity in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage Slack threads and tickets to triage build failures and configuration errors Diagnose and resolve complex build and packaging issues independently Maintain and refine documentation, including FAQs and problem-solution one-pagers Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Build/Release Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or software development Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Strong understanding of Maven, Java build tooling, and software supply chain lifecycle Experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) and artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus) Proficient in Unix/Linux command-line and scripting (Python/Bash) Virtual Vocations Inc
