ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm journey began long before becoming an agent - I spent more than 20 years as a State Farm team member before completing the Agent Aspirant program and opening an agency of my own. That experience has given me a strong understanding of the business and, just as importantly, what it takes to build a successful and supportive team.

Outside of work, I’m married with three grown children and grandchildren, and I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with family. Being involved in our community is important to us. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Laura Keim - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
