About the Role Join our team as a Design Consultant and help homeowners envision their dream spaces. You'll conduct in-home consultations, create design proposals, and guide clients through material selections for bathroom, kitchen, and flooring projects. Responsibilities Create detailed project proposals and estimates Guide clients through material and finish selections Use design software to create visualizations Present designs and close sales Maintain relationships with clients throughout their project Stay current on design trends and new products Requirements 2+ years in interior design or home improvement sales Strong design sense and knowledge of current trends Experience with design software (SketchUp, Chief Architect, etc.) Excellent presentation and communication skills Proven track record of meeting sales goals Valid driver's license for in-home appointments Base salary plus commission Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Showroom access and design resources #J-18808-Ljbffr Renodfw
