Lead Maintenance MechanicWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and executing repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal production downtime.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose components such as motors, gauges, pumps, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and some automated equipment (PLCs and VFDs).Execute repairs to maintain optimal equipment performance.Ensure minimal production downtime through effective maintenance practices.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, preferably in a food production setting.Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with maintenance of motors, gauges, pumps, conveyor systems, and material handling equipment.Familiarity with automated equipment such as PLCs and VFDs.Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment that values skilled professionals.
