The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians.
• Current VA state license is a plus.
• Candidates who wish to work in an academic setting with current residents are desired.

The Practice

Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center – Midlothian, Virginia

• 185‑bed hospital with 16 open ICU beds.
• Chest Pain Center, Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center.
• Annual volume of 12,000 with an average of 20 admits per day and 10 admits per night.
• No procedures required unless desired.
• On‑site labs and imaging.
• Variety of sub‑specialty backup available including anesthesia, cardiology/EP, infectious disease, Heme/Onc.
• State‑of‑the‑art facility with recent bed expansion and renovation.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part‑time and per‑diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Vituity physicians participate in a partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K‑1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income may significantly exceed the stated range.
