ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Maintenance Engineer performs building repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic preventive maintenance to the building structure and systems, light maintenance and cleaning. They help promote a culture and demonstrate leadership that is committed to sustainability and strategic energy management. Essential Functions Performs general maintenance and repairs Orders lighting and plumbing equipment and supplies Performs odd jobs for tenants (e.g. including moving furniture, hanging photos) Performs other maintenance as directed by work orders Participates in the Engineering on-call schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required
