Qualifications 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Ability to identify problems and make corrections. Experience with nonconformance documentation, root cause, and analysis. Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Bilingual English/Spanish and print or POD industry experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain quality control processes across production workflows. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and non‑conformance containment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze performance metrics and production data to reduce defects and improve efficiency. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e‑learning materials. Track and report on quality metrics, audit results, and training effectiveness. Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams.
