Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications, covering complex rules and workflows. Provide clear effort estimates for manual testing tasks and deliver thorough test coverage. Apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes, improve quality, and support continuous delivery. Lead initiatives to enhance testing strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and ensure compliance with industry best practices in Guidewire Policy systems and P&C insurance. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter experience, including 5+ years in Commercial Lines. Hands‐on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager, including configuration, product model forms, rules, and rating. Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects (upgrades and implementations). Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test management tools such as Client ALM, Jira, ADO, or Rally. Experience in claims creation, FNOLs, reserves, checks, and payment transactions. Guidewire Analyst Associate certification; ISTQB or Agile certifications preferred. Ability to lead, take initiative, and guide teams in onsite‐offshore delivery models.
