Senior Care Physical Therapist $5,000 Sign-On, Full-Time

Sweetwater Care in Topeka, Kansas, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative therapy in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess cognitive and ADL impairments, plan care, and support patients toward improved function and independence.
