Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed. Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues, offering solutions. Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly. Perform store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and timely. Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate. Ensure customers have a differentiated shopping experience. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT). Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently. Working Conditions Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots on hard surfaces. Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours. Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds throughout the store. Push/pull merchandise with equipment, lift overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently. Move throughout the store for entire shifts. Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
