Warehouse LeadReports to: Director of Operational ExecutionBased at: 10201 S Jackson Rd, Pharr, TXType of Employment: Full-Time, permanent, 6-days a week, (Monday – Saturday)Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Act as the day-to-day operations lead and primary point of contact between the warehouse operation and Corporate HeadquartersMonitor and maintain visibility of all produce inventory and commodities within the warehouseOwn inventory process, metrics, and actions linked to inventory managementEnsuring the highest levels of internal customer service to avoid delaying product stability while maintaining inventory accuracyPerforming urgent reactive / high accuracy count verifications in the warehouseResponsible for overseeing receiving & shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of receipts and shipmentsCoordinate and execute pallet de-stacking and re-stacking as required based on customer orders, ensuring the correct product, quantities, and pallet configuration are prepared for shipmentDetermine trends and common patterns to identify root cases of inventory discrepanciesEscalating grower quality concerns affecting produce and working with commodities, procurement /supply to initiate corrective actionsPerforms QA inspections on inbound and outbound product utilizing the Clarifresh platformGuides, train, schedule and delegates base work responsibilities to hourly staffKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations/distribution or related businessOutstanding organization skills and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesOutstanding leadership abilities and teamwork orientationExceptional communication skills and ability to communicate with external and internal customers at all levelsStrong computer skills, with ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and comfort with systemsPhysical Abilities:Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of timeMust be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legsMust be able to lift material regularly up to 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 50lbs.Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period of timeJob Requirements: The incumbent will be committed to customer service excellence and leading by example.
