We are seeking a candidate to fill our Union Representative virtual sales position on our already successful team. This is a truly rewarding business-to-customer sales position that allows you to work from home while offering one of the strongest compensation structures in the industry.

There is no glass ceiling, and there is tremendous opportunity for advancement. This is truly a rewarding virtual sales role. (Compensation range is $75k-$85k first year), with bonus/leadership opportunities available.

Description

Globe Life is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Union Representative virtual sales position to work in a professional work-from-home environment. This is a full-time virtual sales role where you will have the opportunity to work remotely while helping families understand their benefit options.

Management and advancement opportunities are available, and extensive management/leadership training is provided for qualified candidates. Prior experience is welcome, but not necessary.

Corporate training with Globe Life’s world-class training program is provided within our Mentorship Model. New agents receive hands-on training with successful agents and managers. This is a full-time work-from-home sales role with a compensation range of $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 first year.
