We are a boutique, rapidly growing personal injury law firm committed to providing exceptional representation and personalized service to clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our team in our Valley Stream office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic firm.

About the Role

The Junior Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and the firm's legal team on a variety of personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their litigation skills.

Personal injury experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong litigation experience in other practice areas who are interested in transitioning into personal injury law.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters with guidance from senior attorneys

• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents

• Review and analyze medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation

• Assist with discovery, depositions, negotiations, and settlement preparation

• Prepare cases for litigation and trial

• Attend court conferences, appearances, depositions, and other proceedings as needed

• Work collaboratively with paralegals, case managers, and other members of the legal team

• Maintain accurate and timely case files and meet deadlines

• Provide responsive, professional, and compassionate service to clients

Qualifications:

• Admitted and in good standing to practice law in New York

• 1–2 years of legal experience

• Personal injury experience preferred, but not required

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

• Genuine interest in helping injured clients and advocating for their rights
