Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Defense & Partnerships to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position that will play a critical role in shaping how our products are positioned, marketed, and adopted within the U.S. defense ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing, driving go-to-market strategy, defense-focused messaging, partner engagement, and sales enablement initiatives for cutting-edge technology solutions.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support growth in defense, government, and strategic partnership markets
• Support defense customer sales motions, including capture activities, proposal efforts, partner engagements, and procurement cycles
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and Sales teams to understand product capabilities and market opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of product marketing experience supporting complex technical products or solutions
• Experience marketing into the U.S. defense, aerospace, or other government-regulated industries
• Strong understanding of defense stakeholders, acquisition processes, procurement cycles, prime contractors, program offices, and mission-based messaging
• Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement materials, marketing content, partner programs, and go-to-market initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical functionality into clear business, operational, and mission value for diverse audiences
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, project management, and organizational skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
