Contract Attorney

Part-time consultation work for immigration attorneys who already do contract work. What the role is Roughly four hours a day running client consultations. Paid per consultation, plus commission on the cases you sign. Hearing coverage in your local area, compensated separately. A standing relationship, not a one-off overflow assignment. Not a salaried associate position — if that is what you want, apply for the full-time attorney role instead. What we are looking for Admission and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. Attorneys who work as contract attorneys — not attorneys building their own book of clients. Experience running consultations and signing the client at the end of them. Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese at a client-facing level is a real advantage.
