Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000 (based on experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, an established and growing residential real estate company, is seeking a results-driven Community Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership opportunity is ideal for someone with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to lead teams, drive revenue, and improve profitability .

No previous property management experience is required. Candidates from sales, hospitality, skilled trades, business ownership, military leadership, and other management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee daily community operations, profitability, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, revenue, occupancy, expenses, and collections.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site employees while maintaining accountability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, vendors, and property improvements.
• Build strong resident relationships and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor KPIs and implement solutions to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Take ownership of overall community performance and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Proven leadership, operations management, sales management, or business management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing teams and achieving measurable business results.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, expenses, and profitability.

• Ability to balance business strategy with hands-on daily operations.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, skilled trades, business ownership, or military leadership is highly valued.
• No manufactured housing experience required.
