Explain complex insurance concepts in simple, helpful language so clients feel empowered. Prepare quotes and guide prospective clients through the enrollment process. Review existing policies periodically to ensure coverage remains relevant as life circumstances change. Foster a welcoming atmosphere in our local office where neighbors feel comfortable stopping by. Document client conversations accurately to maintain high standards of service. Requirements Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License. Strong comfort level with face-to-face client interactions. Clear and professional verbal communication skills. Ability to manage your own schedule and stay organized. Previous background in consultative sales or customer service. Experience with basic insurance agency management software.
