Senior Claude/AI/Financial Systems Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an innovative and rapidly evolving organization seeking a Senior Claude/AI/Financial Systems Analyst. This position will serve as a key liaison between Commercial Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and IT while leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on financial systems optimization, business intelligence, automation, and AI-driven process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required
• Public accounting foundation strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, FP&A, financial systems, and/or finance transformation experience
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar systems
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills
• Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude
• Ability to communicate/partner across departments
• Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic decision-making
