Healthcare Recruiter - Travel Nurse | $45K Base + Commission + Bonuses | Omaha, NE (On-Site)

Titan Medical Group is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to place travel nurses nationwide. This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role where your performance directly drives your income and career growth.


Pay & Earnings


Base Salary: $45,000
Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Earnings are performance-based. Recruiters who consistently build pipelines and make placements see the highest income growth.


What You'll Do


Recruit and place Travel Nurses across the U.S.
Make 80-90 outbound calls daily (calls, texts, email)
Interview candidates and match them to open jobs
Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

Sales or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
