Responsibilities As a Clinical Team Manager, you’ll be the backbone of a high‑performing mobile dental team—consisting of a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant—delivering care directly to patients in their homes or care facilities. You will manage operations, ensure compliance, oversee scheduling, provide top‑tier patient experiences, and liaise with stakeholders. Active State‑Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus). Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus). Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus). Familiarity with dental practice management software. Skills & Abilities: Exceptional communication and organizational skills. World‑class customer service and comfort interacting with patients, powers of attorney, and facility managers. Passion for innovation and adaptability in a fast‑paced startup environment. Goal‑oriented – skilled at motivating teams to maximize production and productivity. Job Requirements Travel daily with your team to patient locations. Ability to step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed and support the team clinically as state regulations allow. Able to lift and transport dental equipment and supplies. Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record. Compensation Competitive base compensation ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 plus 20% quarterly (depending on experience), generous incentive compensation based on market growth, and equity.
