What you’ll do In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of Truliant’s enterprise risk analytics function, with a focus on Key Risk Indicator dashboards, risk reporting, data governance, and analytics based research. You’ll work closely with business partners to help surface emerging risks, strengthen reporting, and support informed decision making across the credit union. Day to day, you’ll: Develop and maintain KRI dashboards and risk reporting that help monitor risk exposures across the credit union. Partner with business units to source, validate, and improve the quality of risk related data inputs. Beyond that, your work will include collaborating with Finance, Compliance, IT, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to improve risk data governance, support risk analytics projects, and contribute to the ongoing maturity of Truliant’s ERM framework. What you bring We’re looking for someone who brings a strong analytical mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights. You’ll do well here if you are comfortable working with data, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering across departments to create reporting that supports better risk decisions. This role is a great fit if you have: Required Experience 3 or more years of experience in risk analytics, data analysis, quantitative modeling, or process driven risk management. Required Skills Ability to develop, maintain, and interpret dashboards or reports using data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments to gather, validate, and govern risk related data. Understanding of risk management regulations or frameworks, such as NCUA, FFIEC, or COSO. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present information clearly and follow through on reporting priorities. Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field required. You should also be comfortable working with evolving information, balancing multiple priorities, and helping stakeholders understand what the data is showing and why it matters. What sets you apart You don’t need to check every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role: Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools. Familiarity with capital or operational stress testing concepts. Exposure to model development, model validation, or model governance. A master’s degree in a quantitative or risk related discipline. Experience within financial services, banking, or credit union environments. What you’ll get We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. In this role, you can expect: Meaningful work that helps leaders across Truliant better understand risk and make informed decisions that support our members and business. Opportunities to grow your expertise in enterprise risk management, data governance, dashboards, risk reporting, and analytics based research. A collaborative environment where you will partner with teams such as Finance, Compliance, IT, and Internal Audit while building broad business knowledge.
