Serve as the primary care coordinator across multidisciplinary emergency teams to execute physician orders, manage complex treatments, and ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient interventions. Manage the entire patient trajectory from initial triage and acute stabilization through to comprehensive discharge planning and coordination with the healthcare team.
