Food Production Operator | $19.19/hour | Centralia, WA Schedule: 12-hour shifts (schedule provided at interview) Position Overview: Join a growing frozen dough and bakery manufacturer producing products for foodservice, retail, and distribution partners across the U.S. Work in a highly automated food production facility focused on quality, food safety, innovation, and teamwork. Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the goal of becoming a long-term, full-time employee. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor high-speed packaging, freezer, sheeting, and production equipment while maintaining quality standards. Complete product sampling, counting, inspection, and documentation using Excel and production records. Assist with packaging, material changes, troubleshooting, sanitation activities, and maintaining a clean work area.
