About The Role The Overnight Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring every dish meets Four Seasons standards for quality, taste, and presentation. This position requires a strong culinary foundation, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional cuisine. What You Will Do Supervise and participate in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items during overnight shifts. Ensure all food is prepared and served according to Four Seasons standards and recipes. Maintain the highest levels of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness. Support daily kitchen operations while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. What You Bring A genuine passion for culinary arts and creating memorable guest experiences. Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant environment. Culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred.
