ResFil AI is an AI-powered SaaS platform for home-service businesses. We help HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical companies capture more opportunities by automating calls, texts, lead capture, scheduling, follow-ups, and other front-office operations.

We are building a nationwide independent sales organization and seeking experienced, self-motivated sales professionals who can own the full sales cycle.

This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. Representatives will prospect, qualify, demonstrate, follow up with, and close home-service businesses throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting HVAC, plumbing, roofing & electrical businesses
• Connecting with owners and decision-makers
• Identifying pain points and qualifying prospects
• Conducting ResFil AI demos and presentations
• Communicating pricing, features, ROI & value
• Managing follow-ups and sales pipeline
• Handling objections and closing accounts
• Maintaining accurate sales records

Reps should be comfortable developing their own pipeline and managing opportunities from outreach through close.

90-Day Performance Ramp

New reps receive a 90-day ramp to learn ResFil AI, build their pipeline, and reach our standard sales target:

Days 130: 3+ closed sales

Days 3160: 6+ closed sales

Days 6190: 10+ closed sales

After the ramp, reps are expected to maintain 10+ new closed accounts per 30 days. Continued engagement is based on performance and the independent contractor agreement.

Compensation & Bonuses

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Commission is earned on the customer's initial purchase (first month + setup fee):

Starter: 30% $179.40/sale

Growth: 35% $349.30/sale

Pro: 40% $719.20/sale

Custom: 50% of first month + setup fee (packages start at $2,500/mo + $2,000 setup)

There is no commission ceiling. Our compensation structure rewards reps who consistently meet and exceed quota.

Who We're Looking For

Strong candidates should have experience in:

• B2B SaaS or full-cycle outbound sales
• Home-services sales
• HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or electrical
• Business technology/software sales

Experience selling directly to home-service business owners is strongly preferred. We want reps who can prospect independently, communicate confidently with owners, conduct demos, follow up, overcome objections, and close.

Market & Territory

Remote U.S. opportunity with nationwide territory. Initial expansion emphasizes Texas and California, followed by Southern and West Coast markets and the broader U.S.

Prospects range from independent home-service operators to larger multi-location companies.
