You’ll coordinate across teams, flag errors before they become issues, and make sure every project kicks off with clarity and precision. If you're a master of organization, quoting, and process flow — we’re ready to hand you the reins.Your Mission:You’ll own the quote-to-order process. From PO reconciliation and quoting to managing product orders and scheduling measures, you’ll be at the core of our order pipeline. It’s part detail wizard, part problem solver, and 100% essential.What You’ll Be Doing:Cross-reference account process sheets daily to stay current with updatesProcess and release all product orders with total accuracyDouble-check data entry for order integrity and release sales ordersHandle quoting and PO reconciliation for internal orders — no loose endsSchedule measures and manage customer order entriesEnsure product availability and lead-time expectations are metMaintain and track the Need PO ListProvide excellent internal and external communication via phone and emailAttend model home and internal account meetings when applicableStay up to date with evolving product knowledge and builder systemsCross-train on the Customer Service Rep roleWhat We’re Looking For:High school diploma required — college degree preferred1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience a plusSharp attention to detail with strong time management skillsComfortable with basic math calculations and reconciling purchase ordersStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environmentsIf you’re ready to bring clarity to the madness, we’re ready to give you the lead.About the CompanyAt Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up.
