Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and operations to resolve issues and maintain maximum robot uptime.

Required Skills

Electrical Fundamentals: Proficiency in reading schematics and using a multimeter for continuity and voltage testing.
Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
Desired Skills
Software: Comfort with Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) command-line operations.
Experience in Automotive, Aviation or specialty repair and maintenance.
Programming: Ability to read/write basic BASH and Python for automation of repetitive test sequences.
Specialized Systems: Experience with high-voltage battery systems and complex electro-mechanical systems.
Schedule: 2nd shift role with the ability to cover 1st shift as needed
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
Travel
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, predominantly to the Boston area for training
The pay range for this position is between $32 to $40 per hour. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Boston Dynamics offers a generous Benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401(k), paid time off and a annual bonus structure. Additional details regarding these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer for employment.
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position
