Client Support Specialist

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Glens Falls, NY
Pay: $19-21/hr


Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support a busy sales team while building the potential for a long-term career with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Address customer questions and concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Provide timely follow-up and support throughout the sales process.
• Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other customer-facing materials.
• Ensure sales materials are accurate, professional, and consistent with brand standards.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Accurately enter and process customer sales orders.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to help ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system.
• Generate reports and organize data to support sales analysis and decision-making.
• Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to support business initiatives.
• Help identify and resolve issues that may impact customers or the sales process.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, sales administration, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
