USA Sales Administrator (Remote/Hybrid)

We are currently seeking an exceptional USA Sales Administrator to support the East Coast Sales Team in day-to-day operations.

We are looking for someone with an exacting attention to detail who is excited by the dynamic industry of Luxury Design. You will be expected to embody the values of the Invisible Collection and serve as an ambassador for the brand in all internal and external interactions.

Role:

• Serve as primary support in all day-to-day operations of the East Coast Sales Team,
• Monitor all email exchanges with clients, suppliers, and logistics and engage as requested,
• Reach out to globally-based suppliers and their production teams for custom requests and order updates in a timely fashion,
• Monitor and manage sales orders from placement through fulfillment, including providing clients with timeline updates, coordinating DFA approvals and signatures, and following up on fabric tracking and delivery schedules,
• Obtain shipping and delivery quotes,
• Assist in marketing and prospecting activities,
• Coordinate expedited shipping of samples to clients,
• Monitor and manage return of samples from clients.

Requirements & Skills:

• An interest in the design industry is necessary, but no prior experience is required
• Must be an extremely organized pro-active self-starter
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in English, Communications or Marketing is preferred
• Must possess the ability to work calmly under pressure of deadlines and time constraints
• Proficiency with CRM and database software, Slack, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is required
• Knowledge of French is a plus, but not necessary
• A strong desire to always deliver the BEST customer service experience possible
