Florence Coffee Company is looking for multiple baristas to join our team to work the 12-6:30pm shift. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. 3 days a week minimum required availability and weekend availability is a must.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Accurately handle cash register operations
Qualifications
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment
- Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
