Location Pennsylvania Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Location: Glen Mills Clinic This role is open due to recent census growth! At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new‑grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. Compensation $80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, experience, certificates, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for select opportunities (up to $10K). What Makes Ivy Different? CEU dollars annually. What We Look For License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Eagerness to grow & learn. Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.). Team player.
